The error below is returned when connecting to a database using SequeLink ODBC Client and the SequeLink Socket Server.

Cause
The backend data source is not a System data source
or
DataSourceSOCODBCConnStr was set to datasourcename instead of DSN=datasourcename
or
DataSourceSOCODBCConnStr value contains a CR/LF
Resolution


If the backend data source is on Windows, make sure it is created as a System data source and make sure there is no User data source with the same name

Set the DataSourceSOCODBCConnStr in the server data source to:
    DSN=datasourcename

Make sure there is no CR/LF after the <datasourcename>
