The silent install is run using setup.exe

Cause
The executable "setup.exe" is not designed to be used with silent installations.
Resolution
Do not use setup.exe for silent installations.

The documentation states:
"You must use the setup32.exe or setup64.exe file that resides in the Support subdirectory of the installer directory. You cannot use the silent installer commands against the standard product setup.exe file."
