Can't run reports using DPE and the Connect for ADO.Net 4.3 providers.

The new 4.3 providers do not show up in the reporting tools which are using DPE.

The ADO.Net DPE utilities included with the 4.3 providers are not being installed correctly.
Resolution
Fixed in the installer package dated 10/25/2019. Download the latest installer package.
