Question/Problem Description
Connection to MongoDB fails if the user id contains an '=' sign while using the Connect for ODBC MongoDB driver.
Steps to ReproduceConnect to MongoDB with a username containing an "=" sign.
Clarifying Information
For example a user id of my=name will fail.
The problem does not occur using other special characters (!,@,#,$,%, etc..)
Error Message[DataDirect][ODBC MongoDB driver][MongoDB]Connection string error at xx.

Cause
The driver was was not accepting to "=" sign special character.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 8.0.1.0194.
Refer to 1288, Connect and Connect64 for ODBC hot fix download and install instructions​,  for instructions on how to download and install the hot fix.
