Question/Problem Description
 - Reported error on SQLFetchScroll, SQLFetch, and SQLExtendedFetch for a query which has TIMESTAMP being bound at position 5.
 -  Able to Read data successfully using Driver Manager - 08.01.0162
 - The issue with Driver Manager  - 08.01.0223

Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver manager was not storing the column's bind type correctly.
Resolution
Fixed in Driver Manager hot fix 08.02.0279 (U0247)
