Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
The connection string contains the same information normally found in the tnsnames.ora file.
The tnsnames.ora file is not available.
For example:
Data Source = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = XXXXXXX)(PORT = 1521)) ) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = YYYYYYY) ) )

The Connect for ADO.Net Oracle provider does not support DataSource= <Oracle DataSource Format String> as an option.
