The Connect for ODBC driver manager 8.01.0202 can't load native Teradata driver on HPUX IA

Clarifying Information
This issue only occurs on HPUX IA
The issue does not occur with driver manager version 7.1.x
Error Message[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Specified driver could not be loaded
Defect NumberDefect 87458
Enhancement Number
Cause
A change was made to the default value for "DLOpenMode". This change was good on all platforms except HPUX IA. 
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 8.01.0223
