The below error is returned when creating a table using the Salesforce driver
Steps to ReproduceSteps to reproduce issue:
Connect to Salesforce and execute CREATE TABLE TEST (ROWID NVARCHAR)

Observed Results:

NVARCHAR is not a supported data type by Salesforce.
Resolution
Use a supported data type.
For the example above, use data type ID as below.
CREATE TABLE TEST (ROWID ID)
