Error Message"STRING REPRESENTATION OF DATETIME VALUE HAS INVALID SYNTAX."

Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver was violating the drrda spec because it binds the parameter with a precision of 26, but sends a value with precision of 19.

 
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 7.16.0271
