Question/Problem Description
The below error is seen when specifying a datetime value in the where clause of a select statement.

Select statement executed:

select * from SFORCE.CURRENCYTYPE CURRENCYTYPE_1 where CURRENCYTYPE_1.LASTMODIFIEDDATE > 2013-12-23T23:59:59Z
