Steps to ReproduceQuery the metadata on a table with a column type of DECIMAL or DOUBLE PRECISION.

The driver is behaving as expected. 

For NUMERIC the Greenplum database supports a max field size of 1000. This is what the driver returns.
For DOUBLE PRECISION the Greenplum database supports a range of 15 decimal digits. This is what the driver returns.
