When the X12 input document has the REF02 elements are missing, should this trigger a rejection on the 997?

The driver was not handling the error condition.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 6.2.0.1893aa

The fix also requires connect option hipaa=loop
Note when running in HIPAA mode, the root element is not <X12>, but <HIPAA>. Be sure to update the root element from ("X12") to ("HIPAA").
