How will moving to a new data center effect licensing?

Switching from an old installation on a VM to a new VM environment and new installation of the same Connect for ODBC package.  The old VM environment will be permanently shutdown.

Connect for ODBC licensing is based on usage count, operating system, and processor count.

As long as the new virtual environment is the same and the processor count is the same or lesser, then licensing will not be effected.  Usage will remain compliant as long as the number of environments is the same or less than the number outlined in the license contract.
