Unable to delete the OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine service using the command line.
Steps to Reproduce

Error Message[OpenAccess error 6865] Invalid service name OpenAccessSDK720_C_SQL
Defect Number

Cause
OpenAccess Service was not unregistered before deletion
Resolution
Below two commands to be executed via oaclasil to complete the service deletion, 
- ServiceUnregister : It will do unregistering of the service and removes from the Windows Service List
- ServiceDelete : It will remove from the OpenAccess configuration. 

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Progress\DataDirect\oaserver80\admin\oaclasil.exe" -o "C:\Temp\oaserver.log" -d "C:\Program Files\Progress\DataDirect\oaserver80\cfg\oadm.ini" ServiceUnregister "\"OpenAccessSDK720_C_SQL\""
