Question/Problem Description
Invalid character errors occur running a large query while using the Connect for ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Problem started after applying hot fix 7.1.6.0288.
The problem does not occur with hot fix 7.1.6.287 and earlier.
Error Message[DataDirect][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]ORA-00911: invalid character
Defect NumberDefect XDBC-1648
Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver was not parsing the query correctly.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 7.16.0335
