Clarifying Information
The application is configured to used the Connect for ADO.Net 4.2 provider.
Error MessageThe Entity Framework provider type 'DDTek.DB2.Entity.DB2ProviderServices, DDTek.DB2.Entity, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c84cd5c63851e072' registered in the application config file for the ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'DDTek.DB2' could not be loaded.

Cause
The machine.config file shows:
<add name="DataDirect DB2 Data Provider" invariant="DDTek.DB2.4.1" description="DataDirect Connect for ADO.NET DB2 Provider" type="DDTek.DB2.DB2Factory, DDTek.DB2, Version=4.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c84cd5c63851e072" />

There should be an entry that shows invariant="<add name="DataDirect DB2 Data Provider" invariant="DDTek.DB2.4.2...."

It looks like the provider was not installed corectly.
Resolution
Reinstall the provider.
