| Steps to Reproduce | 1. Install HDP Server 4.2.1
2. Create a Data Source in the HDP Server with d2cadmin/d2cuser user. 3. With the redist files obtained from the above installation, install JDBC driver for HDP 4.2 4. Verify that the connection to the newly created Data Source in HDP using the JDBC driver for HDP 4.2 from the TestforJDBC tool is successful. 5. Now, upgrade the HDP Server to 4.3 6. Try the connection now with TestForJDBC and see that it is successful. |
