The DataDirect Oracle WP driver does have a connectiuon paramewter called "LOBPrefetchSize". This connection parameter setting specifies the size of prefetch data the server returns for BLOBs and CLOBs. LOB Prefetch Size is supported for Oracle database versions 12.1.0.1 and higher.
Valid Values: -1 | 0 | x
where: x is a positive integer that represents the size of a BLOB in bytes or the size of a CLOB in characters.

Please refer to the DataDirect driver documentation for additional information.
