Question/Problem Description
Large inserts using parameters arrays result in missing rows with the Redshift database while using the Connect for ODBC Amazon Redshift Wire Protocol driver.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
An insert of 500 rows using a parameter array size of 250 resulted in 4 rows missing from the table.
Error Message
Defect NumberDefect XDBC-9289, XDBC-10564
Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver was not keeping an accurate row count. 
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 7.16.0155 and 8.0.0.164
