Cause
Resolution
1. On the setup dialog, navigate to the SQL Engine Tab, and select "Edit Server Settings".
2. Add "-Djava.util.logging.config.file=C:\path\to\ddlogging.properties" to the JVM Arguments.
3. Re-start the service and the application using the driver.

Note that when doing the above, *all* connections using the service are been logged. Remove the line when logging is no longer needed.
