Question/Problem Description
When calling a Stored procedure that has two VARCHAR2 input parametersand binding 1999/3998 characters or more to the first parameter, the call fails with the mentioned error.
Steps to ReproduceDDL Used :
create or replace PROCEDURE PIM_AUDIT_PROC (MBODY IN VARCHAR2,INAME IN VARCHAR2)
AS BEGIN
   NULL;
END PIM_AUDIT_PROC;
