Question/Problem Description
When doing 2 installations, the 2nd installation throws the reported error.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Install Connect for ODBC for SQL Server. 
When the installer asks "Would you like to install another product (Y/N) ? [Y]", press Y and install the Connect for ODBC for DB2 driver .

=> Read Only ODBC.INI file detected. Setup could not update the file.

Cause
The default access permissions for odbc.ini are -rw-r--r--.
Resolution
Make sure the user has enough rights to write to an existing odbc.ini.
Workaround
- install the Connect for ODBC SQL Server driver
- When the installer asks "Would you like to install another product (Y/N) ? [Y]", press 'N'
- check the access permissions of the odbc.ini and if needed, change them
- install the Connect for ODBC DB2 driver
