Question/Problem Description
Reusing a CallableStatement with the Connect for JDBC DB2 driver causes a NullPointerException
Steps to ReproduceCallableStatement cs = connection.prepareCall(...);
PreparedStatement ps = connection.prepareStatement(...);
ResultSet rs = null;

rs = cs.executeQuery();
rs.close()

rs = ps.executeQuery();
rs.close();

rs = cs.executeQuery(); // Throws NPE

A callable statement's second execute resulted in a NullPointerException when another executed statement result set was closed.

The result details of a statement were not getting reset properly when the result set of a callable statement is closed.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 5.1.4.000171
