Question/Problem Description
SQL_ATTR_MAX_ROWS does not apply a LIMIT clause to SQL statements with the Connect for ODBC Redshift and Greenplum driver
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Running SQL " Select * from ABC"  with SQL_ATTR_MAX_ROWS=5, the driver does not apply the limit value to the SQL statement.

Cause
SQL_ATTR_MAX_ROWS is designed to limit network traffic so only the result set returned to the app is only effected. The server continues to process all records in the table
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 7.1.6.0115 for Redshift driver
Fixed in hot fix 07.16.0287 (B0391, U0256) for Greenplum driver
