Question/Problem Description
SQLGetDiagRecW returns SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO or SQL_SUCCESS on processing of a failed SQLExecDirectW call based  on operating systems.

SQLGetDiagRecW will return SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO when the buffer is not big enough to hold the error message and there is a truncation in the error message 

The length of error message can differ from platform to platform so make sure the buffer is big enough to hold the complete error message.
