Question/Problem Description
When selecting certain BLOB content, a ResultSet.getBinaryStream(colIndex) call is not returning the content consistently while using the Connect for JDBC DB2 driver. The select statement is performed several times in a row without a new "prepareStatement" being performed.

Cause
A check was missing to verify the length of the _PagedBuffer being 0. It was reinitialized only if it was null.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 5.1.4.00165
