Question/Problem Description
The below error is received when working with a datetime column.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Error MessageError attempting to CREATE a DBMS table. ERROR: CLI execute error: [DataDirect][ODBC 20101 driver][Microsoft SQL Server]Line 1: Specified scale 27 is invalid.
NOTE: The DATA step has been abnormally terminated.

Cause
An incorrect driver manager was used.
Resolution
Verify the InstallDir parameter in the odbc.ini file is pointing to the correct driver installation directory.
Open the odbc.ini file and go to the section labeled [ODBC}
Make certain "InstallDir=" is ponting to the home directory of the drivers
For example: 
[ODBC]
InstallDir=/opt/Progress/DataDirect/ODBC_80_64bit
