Question/Problem Description
With the Connect for JDBC Sybase driver, getFunctions() and getFunctionColumns() do not return Functions.
Steps to Reproduce

DDL to reproduce problem:
CREATE FUNCTION FUNC_MULTI_IN_OUT( @a_in int,@b_in int)
returns varchar(20)
as
declare @stat varchar(20)
if @a_in>@b_in 
    set @stat = 'max'
else
    set @stat= 'min'
return @stat

ResultSet funcRS1 = con1.getMetaData().getFunctions(null, null, null);
ResultSet colRS1 = con1.getMetaData().getFunctionColumns(null, null, "dbo.FUNC_MULTI_IN_OUT", null);
