Question/Problem Description
The Windows Connect for ODBC PostgreSQL driver and resouce file version don't match.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information

The latest PostgreSQL Windows hotfix for ODBC 7.1, the version of the resource DLL for the Postgres driver does not match the driver patch version.

Resolution
The PostgreSQL driver resource file was not updated in the latest patch. Normally the driver and resouce file patch levels match. This should be fixed in a future release.
In the mean time using the 2 files as is won't be an issue.
