Cause
Possible causes for this error:
- Incorrect connection URL header
- CLASSPATH to the driver is not set correctly 
Resolution
Each driver has a very specific connection URL header.
The CLASSPATH must be set to the driver location including the driver name.

Refer to the Connect for JDBC User's Guide for detailed information on how to set these parameters.
