Cause
The OpenAccess ADO.NET Client driver support .NET Framework 2.0. which supports SSL Protocols up to TLS v1.0.
To support TLS V1.1 and higher, .NET Framework 4.5 Support is required.
Resolution
The enhancement has been implemented. Upgrade to 7.2.0.0055.

Refer to "OpenAccess SDK hot fix download and install instructions" for instructions on how to download and install the hot fix.
