Question/Problem Description
Updating INTEGER or SMALLINT with out of range values does not return an error
Steps to ReproduceSteps to reproduce issue:
1) Connect to CSV IP.
2) Execute: create table TEST(intval int, sint smallint, bint bigint)
3) Execute: insert into TEST values (1, 10, 100)
4) Execute: insert into TEST values (2, 20, 200)
5) Execute: insert into TEST values (3 30, 300)
6) Execute: update TEST set intval=-2147483648 where sint=10
7) Execute: update TEST set sint=-32766 where intval=2
8) Execute: select * from TEST

Observed Results:
Update is successful without any errors

Expected Results:
Error should be returned
