Following Crypto Protocol Versions are supported with Connect and Connect64 for ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol 7.1.5 and higher driver

TLSv1.2, TLSv1.1, TLSv1, SSLv3 and SSLv2

On Unix it can be set using the connection option 
CryptoProtocolVersion=

On Windows it can set under the security tab of ODBC DataSource

SSLv3 Crypto Protocol Version is supported but not recommended for details refer the article  Are DataDirect Connnect products affected by the SSLv3 POODLE vulnerability? on SSLv3 POODLE vulnerability and how to disable SSLv3 encryption.
