Resolution

Connect for ODBC service pack 7.1.4 supports DB2 on Z/OS version 11.

Connect for ODBC 6.1 and earlier versions of 7.1 do not support DB2 z/OS 11.
If a user runs into any issues using the Connect for ODBC product with the unsupported databases, they will need to upgrade to a supported Connect for ODBC version for the databases to see if the issue reproduces and receive bug fixes.
