When converting from 277 X214, the QTY-01 element in loop 2200C is always rejected while using Connect for XML Converters.

Cause
In this case the URI contained the connection parameter "seg=no" which does not perform the expected validation.
Resolution
Remove the "seg=no" parameter from the URI. Note seg=yes is the default setting. This will allow the expected validation to occur.
