Question/Problem Description
Windows ODBC Administrator crashes when attempting to create a data source with the connect for ODBC Salesforce driver.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
The ODBC Administrator crashes as soon as the driver is selected for the "Add" list.

Cause
Driver files were missing from the installation directory. 
The Saleforce driver is made up of 3 driver files:
xxsfrcxx.dll
xxsfrcxxr.dll
xxsfrcxxs.dll

If any of those files are missing the driver will not load into the ODBC Administator.
Resolution
Make sure all the Salesforce driver files are available in the <DriverHome>\lib directory.

If any files are missing, reinstall the drivers.
