XML Converters not processing the "<" symbol in ISA segment.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
For example, expecting to see <ISA16><</ISA16> as output.  
Error Message
Defect Number
Enhancement Number
Cause
Resolution
XML Converters is working as expected. It is not possible to display <ISA16><</ISA16> as output.  

The correct syntax for a < in content is to escape it by using &lt;. 
Using the above example the XML will be displayed as <ISA16>&lt;</ISA16>.
