Question/Problem Description
The Connect and Connect 64 ODBC driver installer is hanging during install at 6%.
The issue is only noticed when there was a previous installation of the driver on the system.

Rename or delete the installation directory and then run the installation again as an administrator.

Default Driver Install location on windows:
64bit : C:\Program Files\Progress\DataDirect
32bit : C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\DataDirect
