Question/Problem Description
Using 32-bit ODBC Administrator, testing a connection using the 32-bit OpenAccess Local Client returned the below error
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
 Dependency Walker shows that the 64-bit oadamipnet40.dll  library is being used.
Error Message[OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]OpenAccess SDK SQL engine is unable to load the IP module. Verify that IP Module:(C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\DataDirect\oaodbclocal81\ip\bin\oadamipnet40.dll) is installed correctly.[10102]

Cause
32bit OpenAccess Local client was using the 64-bit version of oadamipnet40.dll library.
Resolution
Uninstall and reinstall the 32-bit Local OpenAccess SDK and re-create the custom installer.
Workaround
Notes
Use dependency walker to check if the windows library is 32-bit or 64-bit.
1. Run the Dependency Walker
2. Go to File and Open the library for which you want to check if its 32-bit or 64-bit.
3. Find the library name unber the Module section and check in the CPU column if its a 32-bit or 64-bit library.
