Question/Problem Description
Below error is received when trying to connect to Oracle Service Cloud database version 17.11 using Connect for ODBC Oracle Service Cloud ODBC driver.

Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver is expecting exactly "text/xml;charset=UTF-8" as the Content-Type but the server is replying with "text/xml;charset=utf-8"; 
Resolution
Fixed in hotfix build 07.16.0168 (B0423, U0279)
Refer to  "Connect and Connect64 for ODBC hot fix download and install instructions" for instructions to download and install the hotfix.
