CURRENCY and PERCENT columns are being described as DECIMAL instead of DOUBLE with the Connect for JDBC Salesforce Driver.

This can cause application logic to fail and is different behavior than older versions of the driver.

Resolution
Fixed in hotfix 6.0.0.000224
