Question/Problem Description
Sometimes the product installer can take what seems like a long time to complete the installation.

Cause
Sometimes the installer has to unpack and register a significant number of files of varying size.
Resolution
It is best to allow the installer to run to completion.  It may take as much as 10 to 15 minutes; depending on the product.  Before canceling or disrupting the installer, check the status of all running processes to see whether there is at least periodic activity for the installer process.  

If you have allowed it to run for at least 15 minutes and there has been no activity for the installer process, contact support for assistance.
