Question/Problem Description
DataDirect Driver Manager issues error when retrieving NULL data for a CLOB column with SQLGetData.
This problem only occurs if the first record contains null value for the CLOB column. The problem does not occur if the first record does not contain a null value, and 2nd or subsequent records contains null value for the CLOB column.
Steps to Reproduce  1. Create a table with two columns: int and clob.
  2. Insert first row with an integer and a null value clob.
  3. (Optional) Insert other rows with null and non-null clobs.
  4. Retrieve one or more rows of the clob column using SQLGetData.
  5. If the first row contains a null value for the  clob column, the driver manager will either hang or issue the following error shown below.
