Question/Problem Description
The error below is returned when connecting to DB2 iSeries with connection option PackageCollection set to the default of NULLID.

Error MessageQSYS.NULLID DOES NOT HAVE PRIVILEGE TO PERFORM OPERATION COLLECTION ON THIS OBJECT
Defect Number
Enhancement Number
Cause
The user does not have permission to create the packages in the NULLID collection.
Resolution
Change the user's permissions to have the ability to create the packages in the NULLID collection.
or
Set the PackageCollection connection option to a collection where the user has permissions to create the packages.
