Question/Problem Description
After a series of SQLFetch calls returning CLOB data, SQL_ERROR is returned.  A call to SQLError() returns no error message.
Table has 32000 records
Failed after 28440 records

Cause
There were 2 issues here:
The driver was not handling the exception correctly.  The error message should have been "[DataDirect][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver]General error.Unexpected CodePoint".
The driver was not handling the data length correctly.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 07.16.0306 (B0449, U0298).

Workaround
Exclude the CLOB column from the query.
