Question/Problem Description

Using OpenAccess SDK how to set at statement level from IP to enforcing DISTINCT on the final result set by the SQLEngine, even though query doesn’t have DISTINCT clause.

Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
For example:
select "Name", "City" from "County" 
would be read as 
select DISTINCT "Name", "City" from "County"

Currently OpenAccess SDK SQLEngine does not support this feature. IP code should add the DISTINCT clause to the query.
