Question/Problem Description
Error occurs when executing a stored procedure containing long varchar parameters with the Connect for ODBC Sybase Driver and Sybase IQ.

Cause
The driver was incorrectly reporting the number of parameters to the database.
Resolution
Fixed in hotfix 07.16.0189
