Question/Problem Description
Error when attempting bulk load with Connect for ODBC SQL Server driver to Microsoft Parallel Data Warehouse. 
This prevents bulk load from working and performance is degraded as a result.
Driver has EnableBulkLoad=1 set.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Error Message[DataDirect][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver][SQL Server Azure Data Warehouse]110802; An internal DMS error occurred that caused this operation to fail. Details: Exception: System.IO.EndOfStreamException; Message: Attempted to read past the end of the stream.
Defect NumberDefect 82505/XDBC-4818
Enhancement Number
Cause
Driver was not handling the bulk load process properly when  connected to SQL Server ADW/PDW.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 7.1.0.370.
Refer to "Connect and Connect64 for ODBC hot fix download and install instructions" for instructions on how to download and install the hot fix.

Once the driver is upgraded, a warning will be generated when bulk load is used:
[DataDirect][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]This operation could not be completed using the bulk load protocol. This operation will be completed using the native protocol.
