Question/Problem Description
When executing UPDATE statement with WHERE conditions using Connect64 for ODBC Salesforce driver v 7.10.06.205 on Windows 10, the below error was returned.

The driver has a hard coded limit for the max size of a SOQL statement that is set to 10k.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 07.16.0233
