After connecting to PostgreSQL database v12.0, when trying to get column information by calling the function Connection.getMetadata().getColumns(null, null, null, "%"),

Cause
The function getColumns()  call depended on some information which has been removed from the PostgreSQL v12.0 database.
But still that information exists in earlier version of the database. That is why getColumns()  call still works correctly with eariler version like 9.x, 10.x, 11.x
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 5.1.4.000241.
